Travel through 4 provinces : Kabul, Mazar-e-Sharif, Bamyan and Panshir

Kabul Day 1 - 2

• Arrival at Kabul airport

• Settling down at your accommodation. Your guide will take you to one of the capital's traditional restaurants.

• Possibility of visiting the bazaar to buy some Afghan clothing, shawar-khamis for men.

• Visiting the famous but busy « Bird Street », if there is time left

• The next morning, reporting together to the local authorities and obtaining permission to move around the country.

• In the afternoon enjoying a picnic above Kabul's great hill, depending on the time

Bamyan Day 3 - 4

• Travel to Bamyan in the early morning

• Enjoy your day wandering around the Shar-e Gholghola (city of screems)

• A tour of the highly historical remains of the Bamyian valley and the buddhas of Bamiyan (UNESCO heritage)

• Visit of the red valley and the natural park and lake of band-e-ameer. And why not rent a peddle boat? The lake is very famous for its turquoise transparent waters.

Samangan / Mazar-e-Sharif Day 5

• Prepare for a day's journey to Mazar-e-Sharif !

• Enjoy the curvy road journey through the mountains until Samalgan where you will have a lunch break before exploring the historical sites.

• Time to continue the trip until Mazar-el-Sharif where you shall spend the next nights.

Mazar-e-Sharif/ Balkh Day 6 - 7

• After breakfast, explore the main city of Mazar-e-Sharif

• And the must see: the famous Blue tiled mosque of Ali Hazrat.

• Then visit the Haji Piyada mosque famous for its 9 cupolas, in the outskirts of Balkh city,

• Drive to Balkh city where the tomb of the 10th century poet Rabia is kept.

• and discover the beautiful shrine of Kwaja Abu Nasr Parsa, built in 1958.

Panshir Day 8 - 9

• In the morning, travel through the breath-taking mountainous roads to Panshir valley.

• Spend the night in a small hotel and the next day visit the emotional tomb of Ahmed Shah Massoud, the hero of Panshir.

• Time to head back to Kabul where you shall arrive in the evening after a 3 hours drive.

Kabul Day 10

• After a last night in Kabul and depending on the time of your flight, go for a tour round "Chicken Street" for souvenir shopping

• Your journey has come to an end, we shall shift you to the airport so that you can return home, full of memories of our beautiful Afghanistan.
