Day 2 Kabul-Mazar
· Day's drive to Mazar through Salang pass, a road in the steep mountains, with halts at local
restaurants and sightseeing. Along the road you will notice some old soviet tank, sometimes painted in bright colours.

Day 3 Mazar and Balkh
· Registration with the local authorities,
· Visit of the famous Blue Mosque of Hasrat, jewel of Persian architecture
· Mausoleum of Abdul Ali Mazari with its museum
